NO photos - I can't believe this is happening!

I realized last week that ALL of my photos that I have ever taken with my phone camera were on Google+.
Being the paranoid person that I guess I am I deleted them thinkin'; " I don't want everyone to see everything!!"  I changed all my privacy setting on there and called it a day.

Life has been insane lately so tonight is the first time I have had a chance to look at my blog.  What do I blog is devoid of all photos!!   WHAT?!  (well actually insert some more colourful language here)  Why? How?

Guess is all linked to my Google+  account and therefore anything deleted there was deleted there was deleted here.  OH. MY. GOODNESS.  If I can be completely honest this happening just goes hand in hand with what our life is like right now.

SO, I have updated all pics in the sidebar for the links.  I have checked that all my headers and links are indeed still working.  All of my youtube videos tutorials are still good to go.   Everything is in working just doesn't look as pretty.
I now have one more thing to add to my ever-growing to-do list and that is to insert all of my photos all over again.  I will do my best but to be honest will be picking away at it so it won't happen fast.

Thank you, blog readers, for your patience in advance.
Oh what a day, week, life!
Happy Stampin' to you all.  :-)

Back to Black themed Card Class

Back to Black...what is that you ask?
One of the new Designer Series Papers (DSP) from the annual catalogue.
Take a look...

Annual Catalogue  pg.187  Item #133700  $13.50/12 double sided sheets, 2 of each design

I prepared a class around this DSP pack.
Here are a sampling of the projects we made.

This one is using the blendabilities to colour the DSP page.  Love this look and the DSP takes on a whole new look and feel.  Coupled this with Good Greetings (the stamp set you can earn for FREE when you host a qualifying workshop this fall!)

Had to make some envelopes to go with! My participants all received white envelopes that they could stamps and personalize to go with their cards.  These I made after the fact when I was sending these out to friends/family.  LOVE that envelope punch board!!!

This one I made with my honey in mind!!  He received my demo card as his anniversary card!  He loves black and red together.  :-)

I am diggin' how "in" feathers are right now!
I think that is just FAB!

This one I CASED from Patty Bennett.  Click here for her blog.  I came across this card and LOVED IT!  I will be honest, when I saw this fruit printed paper in the pack I wasn't sure what I would do with it.  When I saw her sample (and I didn't even realize it was hers at first!) I loved it.  Great use of this paper.  Thank you Patty!

Now, go create your own versions using the Back to Black DSP!
Happy Stampin'!

Swaps I received at Convention. :-)

This was the first year that I signed up for organized swaps.  It was a blast!  I was nervous about doing it but took the plunge and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I created 100 general card front swaps.
My upline did a swap at our group dinner and I received 15 in return
I was part of the Show Off Swap (two groups of 15)
My last swap was 3x3 love note swap and the projects I received in return were stunning!

Here is a sample of what I received.  I wish I could credit everyone, there are too many to list!

Done already???? Convention Day 3

I am so lucky to have been able to attend CONVENTION again this year.  This is my 4th year going.  I was hooked the moment I attended my first and I never want to miss a year!
I know I am late posting but I wanted to show you my convention experience for Inspire. Create. Share. 2014.
This is a four parter!  ENJOY!

Presentations!!  This one was all about Project Life by Stampin' Up!

Heart of Stampin' Up! Award goes to Sharon Armstrong

Lunch area.  Always yummy eats.  :-)

These boards were in the gathering place.  The top title were various business topics and the cards are filled out by fellow demonstrators!!  Business Tips galore!!  LOVE IT!  This is just a couple of the many boards.

Last General Session of 2014

Prize Patrol!!!!!

Another Prize Patrol!!!!!

I was so excited to win prize patrol as well this year!!!  Lucky was my fave colour WISTERIA WONDER!!  :-)  I received the wreath stamp set and framelits!  I know there is a video of me winning...'cause I get kinda excited and dance and scream!  but I don't know about a photo...if I find one I will update here.  :-)

I was also lucky enough to take a walk across the stage for having been with the company for 5 years.  It was so exciting!  That too was captured on video, so I do not have a picture to post here.

All Attendee Giveaway!  We were just a TAD excited!

All over for another year.  SLC see you in 2015!

Ann and I in our Shine's Stampers shirts.

Me, Ann and Tina in our Serene Stampers Shirts

We took a walk down to the Gateway (shopping area) to Tucanos, a Brazilian Restaurant that we went to last year.  It was FABULOUS! Gorgeous weather, great company and good eats!

The entrance to the Gateway centre is an Union Pacific Train Station

Cool water fountain that has music as well.  The kids love it!

YUMMY buffet with everything that you can imagine...and more!

Fried Bananas!  Surprisingly good.

Sunday we didn't leave until the evening so we took a bus tour around the city.  It was a wonderful tour and our driver was so very knowledgeable.  I have a ton of beautiful pictures of Salt Lake City and FINALLY feel like I have seen it instead of just the inside of the convention centre.  :-)

Convention is done for another year.  I had a FABULOUS time with old friends and new.  I took some great classes, came back with LOTS of information to use for the year and can't wait for next year.  Thank You Stampin' up!!
